Here is a short sequence of some of my favourite mobility exercises which target muscles in the neck, shoulders, chest, hips and lower back. These stretches help to to lengthen & release any build up of tension as well as increasing overall flexibility & joint and muscle mobility.


This is a particularly effective one for those of you spending extended periods of time seated at a desk in front of a computer.
