SELF-MASSAGE FOR A QUALITY NIGHTS SLEEP


Following on from my recent post about how massage can improve our sleep, I thought I’d do a quick self-massage tutorial demonstrating how we can soothe those tight muscles around the head & neck to prepare for a solid slumber.


This tutorial focuses on a couple of very effective strokes focusing including: gliding, circular motions & trigger point therapy and you can do these in the comfort of your own bed.


So why not take a warm bath, light some candles, cosy up in bed and give your body some much needed TLC with these simple techniques.
