One of THE most effective hip flexor/lower back stretches!


Happy Saturday Everyone! So I thought I would do a quick video of one of my FAVOURITE hip flexor stretches - watch the video for a demo. This stretch is super beneficial to perform post workout but also first thing in the morning and again before you go to bed. Desk workers - I am sure this one will be great for those of you sitting for long periods of time. I recommend to hold for 30 seconds each side!
