Here is a compilation of some of my absolute FAVOURITE stretches that you can do in the comfort of your home office set up!
Did you know that it isn’t just your posture that is causing you muscular tension/discomfort or joint stiffness/pain? It is PROVEN that IMMOBILITY is the BIGGEST cause of all of these.
So what can you do to improve your mobility throughout the day?
Well I know we’re not commuting to work, we’re not having our usual coffee breaks or nipping out at lunch for some food SO it is IMPERATIVE that we increase how mobile we are now that we are home.
If you can take 10 minutes even whilst at your desk to complete these upper body stretches I guarantee relief from built up tension.
