The Power Of The Salts

Epsom Salts & Magnesium Salts are two of my favourite recommendations. Both compliment a massage treatment wonderfully and are extremely effective post workout/run.

For the best results, I usually recommend 3 cups full of the salts added to warm bath water and to sit in the bath for a MINIMUM of 30 minutes before bed. What do they do?


These salts work to:

• increase circulation

• combat fatigue

• soothe aches & pains

• reduce swelling and inflammation

• help joints and muscles to recover and totally relax and MOST importantly guarantee a peaceful nights sleep. 🌙🌚🛁
