Epsom Salts & Magnesium Salts are two of my favourite recommendations. Both compliment a massage treatment wonderfully and are extremely effective post workout/run.
For the best results, I usually recommend 3 cups full of the salts added to warm bath water and to sit in the bath for a MINIMUM of 30 minutes before bed. What do they do?
