If your neck, shoulders or back are feeling stiff and achey or if you’ve been hunched over a computer all day and are needing a posture reset this is the stretch for you = our go to spinal compression exercise! 


Simply jump on a pull up bar (monkey bars will suffice) relax your neck and allow your shoulders to drop and enjoy that full body release.
