As we are head into that season of coughs colds and dare I say it, another strain of covid, I thought it would be a good time to share this self massage tutorial with you all to help relieve you of that nasty sinus pain, pressure & related headaches. And if you’re anything like me and your sinuses are the first to get affected, this tutorial will definitely be one to help you. 


Simply follow along and repeat as many times a day as you need! Followed by a hot Olbas oil, eucalyptus or mint vapour bowl, a steam or a hot shower.
