I recently got a request for some stretches particularly designed for those new Mumma’s struggling with neck and shoulder pain from breastfeeding!
Now I am not a mum myself, however with my experience of supporting women both through pregnancy and post-pregnancy with our massage treatments, the most common struggles I see are the demands of the body particularly the neck and shoulders from holding, picking up and carrying baby in sometimes awkward positions for long periods of time.
