Hello team! Here is my latest hip flexor stretch tutorial and today I’ve chosen to demonstrate a well known and personal favourite of mine: the log fire stretch 🙌🏼
I LOVE the release you feel after doing this one. It can be quite intense so make sure you bring your awareness to your breath, take a few deep inhales & exhales and allow your body to relax further into the stretch.
Hold for 30 seconds each side!
