I'm Georgia and I'm a Certified Massage Therapist specialising in Remedial Massage Therapy. I believe that a massage is not a one-off treatment but a long term investment in your health and wellness.

We specialise in a range of massage treatments including: Sports, Deep Tissue and Pregnancy Massage and also offer traditional Swedish/Relaxation Massage. All of our treatments are designed to ease muscular pain, relieve tension, aid recovery and promote relaxation. We are committed to providing our clients with a service that goes far beyond the treatment room. We offer bespoke aftercare which is tailored to your individual needs, to ensure long lasting benefits after your massage treatment.

Massage

At Equilibrium, your wellness is our priority. We aim to provide the highest quality massage therapy treatments for our clients; from regular 'gym-goers', to those suffering from physical conditions, injuries or mental health challenges including anxiety or depression. Alternatively, for those working long-hours in front of computers or who are just in need of a little 'me time', we offer treatments specifically designed for your individual needs. We specialise in Sports, Deep Tissue and Pregnancy Massage and also offer traditional Swedish/Relaxation Massage. All of our treatments are designed to ease muscular pain, relieve tension, aid recovery and promote relaxation.

1-1 Yoga

Personalised Private Yoga sessions designed to meet your specific needs. An in-depth consultation begins the session and then the choice of a vinyasa flow, yin slow stretch or a general full body stretch focusing on specific areas will follow. Your teacher will instruct and continually check-in to make sure you are practicing safely and effectively. Mindful breathing, meditation and/or advanced education can also be incorporated into classes depending on preference to help you get to know your body and how it works!

MIndfulness Practice

8 week Mindfulness & Compassion Course - individual weekly mindfulness classes spread over 8-weeks to teach and help you cultivate an advanced mindfulness practice, specifically created for those suffering with anxiety & chronic pain. If you often find yourself on auto-pilot, feeling stuck and ruminating about the past and feeling overwhelmed about the future, this course is for you. Our Mindfulness And Compassion course is created to help you to slow down, to see and appreciate the little things in life again and to take back control of your life back. Offering kindness and compassion to ourselves by committing to regular mindfulness practice is a powerful gift and an investment in our health, both mentally and physically. Scientifically, teaching our minds to continually come back to the present moment and be in the here and now by practicing mindfulness has been proven to successfully aid in the neuroplasticity and rewiring of our brains, changing its overall structure and functioning (just like muscle memory). Our bespoke aftercare is tailored to your individual need and helps you to continue to manage pain, maintain relief and reduce tension so that you can feel the prolonged benefits both after and in between treatments.
